ThumbDown

Has anyone any idea if sleep apnoea is linked to RA. I have just been diagnosed with sleep apnoea and feeling really shattered on top of the RA. Have been given the CPAP machine but it takes some getting used to. I'm still trying to hold down my job but it is getting really difficult. Any advice welcome x

This is really strange Chris, because my husband is convinced I have it too and keeps telling me to go to the doctor. I never ever wake up feeling refreshed. It would be interesting to hear if anyone else has similar.
YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.

Hello Chris

Sorry I have not of it, however like Julie I do never appear to feel refreshed
and sleep a good 11 + hours every night and could stay in bed longer as well.
